So, .... I hear you saying how does this service work? Well if you decide you would like to go ahead with the screen replacement we will contact you for your credit / debit card details but we do not process payment until the laptop is repaired. We then arrange collection of your laptop which will be the next working day at the same billing address as your card. When the laptop is repaired and tested we will deduct the quoted price from your card and return your laptop, this whole process normally takes around 5 – 6 working days.
As an example to replace an Acer Aspire 5536
15.4" screen including labour, parts & VAT is around £105 all in plus shipping of course, but we normally say allow £27 for collection and delivery. Still cheaper than a new laptop though.
